In the summer of 2012, TMC Construction built us a ranch style home with a new insulation package.  This system incorporates the benefits of spray foam, rigid foam and batt style insulation giving a tight, well sealed frame along with a high "R" value, and minimal effects on build time or budget. We moved into the house in September.

In the fall, our area came under the effects of Hurricane Sandy and our neighbourhood lost power for 18 hours.  Despite high winds and cold temperatures the temperature inside our house did not drop ONE degree!  We are truly impressed!!! The entire build was well explained and executed.  Trevor and his crew were both very professional and competent as were all the sub contractors.

We would highly recommend TMC to anyone thinking of building or renovating.
