Trevor Mailloux Construction (TMC) is an incorporated business entity also known as TMC Construction. We are located in Chatham Ontario Canada.
TMC's Commitment to Online Security
Physical, electronic and managerial procedures have been employed to safeguard the security and integrity of personal information. TMC maintains business records in paper format at our office in a locked file cabinet in a secured environment. Electronic records are kept on an off-line hard drive. All TMC employees with access to personal information obtained on the TMC web site are also bound to adhere to this policy as part of their contract of employment with TMC. To protect the security of information supplied by businesses and customers, Employees are provided user names and passwords to access the information.
Personal Information that TMC May Collect Online
TMC collects only necessary personal information provided by the customer online, through email links only for the express purpose of replying to enquiries for our services including names, postal and e-mail addresses, and phone numbers. TMC does not knowingly collect or maintain any personal information from children under the age of 13. In addition, no part of our sites are designed with the purpose of attracting any person under age 13.

Our site logs do generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our sites.
